1 45-Minute Video Coaching Call + 1 30-minute Video Check-In Call every month to talk with Amy so she can assess your current state, goals, help you work through blocks & guide you through exercises.

Email Support

Between calls, email with Amy to get support, guidance and accountability to stay on track. Up to 4 email exchanges per week. 

2-week action list

No guess and check here. After every coaching call, Amy will create a 2-week Action List. Every action she recommends will be on your list, plain as day.
