It’s going to be a little wild, a lot of fun, and most importantly, it's gonna kick off a HEALTH REVOLUTION that’s all about YOU.  Because here's one thing I know to be true: HEALTH has a different meaning for EVERY SINGLE PERSON ON THE PLANET.

If you want to break free from societal pressures to look, exercise or eat a certain way AND you wanna learn how to do it (while getting or staying healthy), the Raucous weekend is your love-filled cram-sesh.

If you’ve ever struggled with perfectionism, dieting, over-training, paralyzing overwhelm or the desperate need to conform to a body type, this is for you.

This is for the people who are realizing that the connection we’ve made between looks/diet/performance and worthiness aren’t serving us; in fact, they’re making us fucking miserablllllle. This is for the people who want to do something about it, but aren’t sure where to start or how to do it while staying or getting healthy.

Getting or staying healthy while learning how to be body positive/neutral is a tough thing after a lifetime of shame-driven motivation. This weekend exists to unlock the HOW and unleash your WHY. Here’s a hint: it’s not to look good to gain acceptance from others.

Let me teach you how to connect to the non-aesthetic motivations that will lead to longer-lasting motivation and enjoyment in your workouts. Let me show you how to start fighting back against the shame and stigma that shackles you into believing you’re not enough as you are (even while working toward goals). We’re diving head-first into all of it, and I want you there with me.

And this isn’t just for people who want to liberate themselves; it’s for trainers, coaches, studio owners and teachers who want to get in on this movement from the ground floor. This is for people who want to BE the message and for those who want to bring it to others.

We’re gonna get movin’ and shakin’ both physically and metaphorically! Here’s how it’ll go down:

  • Workshops where we’ll visit the ins and outs of what we were taught health was supposed to be, learn how to create health on your own terms and reclaim your independence from “the man” by breaking down limiting beliefs and patterns.

  • Workouts with yours truly and some of my favorite teachers that are both challenging and accessible to all body types and fitness levels. I’m going to teach you how to ditch the “have to’s,'“ and recover the “wanna’s” in your workouts as we sweat together! With active mindset reframing DURING our sweat sessions, you’ll be walked through it all step by step.

  • Tools that’ll help you continue to thrive on your own when you get back home with no-nonsense handouts to guide you.

I want to work through this with you, not at you, so this isn’t going to be a lecture-style event (boooooriiiiiiing). This is a down-and-dirty, let’s just work all this shit out, FUN-FEST, and I’ll be in the sweaty trenches of it with you. This isn’t a series of lessons I want to teach you; this is a chance for me to integrate you into the work that has led me here.

Expect this to feel like you’re on a weekend getaway with your besties, full of tons of laughing, soul-shaking revelations, Love & Acceptance, passionate conversation, sweaty and accessible movement, being truly heard and seen, and so many hugs. Fair warning: there will be swearing (because, you know, it’s me).

I want everyone who comes to feel safe to ask all the questions (even the ones you’re afraid to ask) and to bring up even the most stigmatized experiences and beliefs so we can break those motherfuckers DOWN.
