Inspiring hope through movement
In 2013 and 2014, we crowdfunded over $26,000 to do tours across the US and Canada that raised funds and awareness for suicide prevention charity, To Write Love On Her Arms. Read all about them here.
Each class Amy taught benefitted the charity that's constantly on the front lines of suicide prevention.
To Write Love On Her Arms is the nonprofit that we wish existed when we were in high school. They provide help and hope to those who struggle with depression, self-injury, substance abuse and suicide.
TWLOHA makes asking for help cool, especially in the eyes of teens and young adults (who are often scared to reach out due to social stigmas). Before TWLOHA, it seemed like it was adults who couldn’t relate to our situation talking at us. With TWLOHA, there's now a trusted friend who understands us, offering hope and support as a peer, not a superior.

The 2013 30x30 Project Tour
In 2013, we raised $18,000 to support The 30x30 Project Tour. In celebration of the 30th birthday Amy Clover almost didn't have, she launched her 30-city journey to teach fitness classes across The U.S. and Canada to raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention nonprofit, To Write Love On Her Arms.
Over 5 months, we taught over 600 participants and raised thousands of dollars for a charity that brings hope to the struggling.
Here's the video that helped us go viral.

The 2014 Strong Inside Out Tour
In the spirit of The 30x30 Project, we fundraised over $9,000 to do a more compact tour of 9 major cities across The US. We hit Portland, San Francisco, Milwaukee, Denver, Los Angeles, Boston, New York City and Austin over a 3-month period and raised thousands more for To Write Love On Her Arms!
